There are a number of different braces available, all designed to achieve the goal of a healthier, more comfortable function, as well as having a great smile.

Which braces are for you?

At DST we spend a great deal of time assessing and preparing your teeth for the treatment before we begin to make sure you achieve the desired result.

Depending on your particular issues, we have several different options available, including lingual braces, invisalign treatment, ceramic braces and various different treatments for children.

What to expect from your braces treatment

The length of time we spend treating you will depend on your age and the kind of treatment you require. All of our customers are treated as individuals and in a personal and friendly manner, respecting their individual needs. We carry out a thorough assessment prior to your treatment in order to provide a detailed information and treatment plan. This allows you to make the best choice for your treatment.

Orthodontics - Adult treatment

Adult orthodontic treatment has increased considerably in recent years due to the advances in technology and treatment types available. There is now a greater understanding of what can be achieved along with the health and confidence benefits.

At DST we achieve amazing results for our customers to give them a more confident outlook on life, as well as improving the health of their teeth and gums.

Can adults achieve the same results as children with orthodontics?

Tooth realignment in adults is the same biological process as it is in children, which means you can achieve the same results for most issues where jaw alignment is normal.

Because bone tissue is no longer forming in adults, if you have a problem that requires asymmetrical correction, the procedures that produce the desired effects in children cannot be matched in adults. In this case, a combination of orthodontics and orthognathic surgery is used to correct the jaw and tooth alignment.

What orthodontic treatments are available to adults?

The treatments available to adults are similar to those used with children. The main options that we offer being lingual braces, invisalign treatment, incognito braces and ceramic braces. These solutions offer the most aesthetic options for adults as they are, for the most part, largely unnoticeable during the treatment.
